Network Support Engineer - Oxfordshire - CSE Education Systems

CSE is looking for a Network Support Engineer to join its team in the Oxfordshire area. The successful applicant will support a number of schools based in and around schools in Oxfordshire and the Home Counties remotely and on-site.

 

Successful candidates will be excellent communicators who excel both working within a team and also working alone. They will be able to manage their own time and be able to work to a schedule.

 

The role will include the setting up, maintaining, and supporting of schools' ICT systems.

 

Required or beneficial experience includes:

 

•Network support in an educational environment

•Windows Server and desktop OSs

•Server virtualisation

•Infrastructure experience (HP networking, Wi-Fi, VLANs)

•Storage (SAN, NAS)

•Active Directory, Group Policy

•Apple Mac setup and integration

•Network backup (Symantec Backup Exec)

•Network services (DNS, DHCP, SQL, IIS, File and Print)

•MS Exchange 2013/Office 365

•Desktop deployment (Windows 7/8/Apple)

•Full, clean driving licence
