Does anyone have any links or resources that might aid me in changing the colour scheme for our Office 365 OWA from blue to red?

You will need the Sharepoint Colour Palette Tool... create your file then uploaded it to 'your site name > All Files > _catelogs > theme > 15 > yourfile.spfont' using Sharepoint Designer.

 

Once you've uploaded your file you will be able to select it in 'Change the Look' on the O365 portal.

I would also be mindful of the features on the roadmap, in particular

 

All customers will now have the capability to create custom themes for their end users. This includes a clickable custom logo and customizable colors for top navigation bar, menu icons and text and the Office 365 logo
