Have to say that they are definitely one of the better courier services. With the ability to track and the time window makes all the difference. They even take photo's if you ask them to leave your parcel in a secure place.

I love DPD and Oliver my DPD delivery driver.

 

Felt a bit like a stalker glued to his trip online while waiting for boyfriend's PS4 (Christmas present, yes I'm awesome) to arrive. Boyfriend was also on his way home. It was tense. In a dramatic final twist Oliver defied the DPD tracking system and arrived 10 minutes earlier than expected and 2 minutes before boyfriend.

 

Hurray for DPD.

We must use a different company... among the worst occurences were them collecting a parcel CLEARLY marked for UPS and taking it to Glasgow... They are better than they used to be... but they still randomly refuse to deliver parcels to site during half-term.

I have to agree to be honest - they send a text if the day's not good, giving you options. They may not be very big at the moment, but that could soon change!

I cannot fault DPD either. APC are another one I cannot fault either.

Every time we get a DPD delivery I get a text telling me the time of delivery and even the drivers name!
