Cloud Helpdesk Software

Hey Guys,

 

Just wondering do any of you use cloud base helpdesk programs.

 

If so are they are good and which one would be the best one to go for.

 

Currently we use spiceworks helpdesk for free but i am wanting to upgrade to a better version.

 

Any Help would be great thanks.

Because i feel that having the helpdesk in the cloud would be better than having to manage the updates by myself.

 

There would be no downtime etc

I see your point, though. There are pros and cons to both methods.

There are a couple of apps in the app marketplace for SharePoint which do helpdesk. Don't think they are terribly feature rich but may get the job done.

freshdesk is exactly what i'm after just wish it had 5 accounts for free! Anyone know of one like that?
