For anyone who doesn't already use the Graze boxes (which IMO are great) I have lots of vouchers to give away

I have the following in descending order of best value:

16x 1st, 5th and 10th box free Graze offer

4x £5 off Graze offer

2x First box free Graze offer

They're open for anyone, first come first served (and you can only use 1 voucher per account). Feel free to post in here or inbox me for which you'd want. I am happy either way.

Cancelled mine, not sure they're worth the price?

Great idea though... if only they were a bit bigger :D (but still fit through the post box)

Never tried them. Really when watching their advert it says it tastes like treacle sponge but I'm ok with my treacle sponge so will stick with that !!! FATTY OVER HERE!

Basically you get a box of goodies sent too you.

All healthy, all tasty (so far). Could be anything from Jerky and tomato relish to spiced nuts and seeds, to a flapjack to a "cookie" which has been deconstructed into chocolate, macadamia nuts and mini cookie bites.

All depends on your preferences.

Bah!

I'll check it out when I get home. Sounds interesting. I could do with snacking on healthier things instead of the 'usual' stuff (though, I don't snack too often).. Got a wee bit of a belly I need to get rid of!

They send you 4 goodies... normally 2 sweets 2 more healthy. But you can also select whether or not you would like to get the same thing again. I don't like jerky so selected "never send"

Keep getting first box free leaflets with a LoveFilm DVDs but never got around to actually trying it. Might be worth my while with the 5th and 10th free too. Could you wing the code over to my inbox, please, @nephilim?

I know that feeling...although I snack every evening. Even my dog has got into the habit now! If I sit down to watch a film and don't have a bag of crisps or peanuts, after about 20 minutes she goes to the kitchen and stands by the cupboard. My will power is so weak that I just have to give in... a bit like when she stops outside a pub and refuses to move!

I wouldn't mind but we've never been that pub. It doesn't even allow dogs in!

I tend to snack whilst gaming, and then my housemate will cook some food and invariably he'll cook enough for the three of us so I'll eat that too. My diet isn't strictly unhealthy, but I could do with watching it a bit. I did cut out rice and pasta, and that's made a bit of a difference.

The school has a full fitness suite that staff can use after hours.. Rowing machine, treadmill, cycling machine, hand weights, [The machine where you hook your legs under some padding attached to weights and lift it], [The machine where you grip two levered handles attached to weights and pull them down towards your chest], a hitting dummy.. I just can't work up the effort to use it (plus I'm self-conscious and would get unbelievably embarrassed if a member of staff or student walked in on me.. But I also don't want to do it alone. But I also hate people. Go figure.)

I have some popcorn kernels and a air popper. Air poppers are so cheap I have one at home and one in the office. Kernels are only £2.50 for 1kg in ASDA. I like them unflavoured however I do occasionally put a little butter and salt in if I want to treat myself. I find about 1/5 of a cup of kernels is enough for me per day.

What I did in the past was to see what I liked from Graze and then make my own up after buying the bits in largish quantities from somewhere like Julian Graves or Real Foods: Fairtrade, Organic, Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Wheat-Free and Special Diet Food Store Edinburgh, Scotland and online web shop with free delivery UK Natural Healthy Ethical Shopping

Loads cheaper than Graze boxes in the long run

I used to do that but I enjoy the variety and spontaneity of having them choose it for me. Plus the chocolate and fruit infused sultanas are lush

Do you have to be a new member for the vouchers to work? If not i'd like one of the £5 vouchers please

I believe you do need to be a new member unfortunately (I tried a colleagues £5 voucher and it didn't work, told me to be a new member)
