Does anyone else get repeated calls and emails for this bunch of jokers they have obviously name themselves Mikesoft so when they ring up reception puts them straight through thinking it's Microsoft. I've asked them to take me off their email list three times yet i'm still receiving them and they continue to ring even thought i've said i won't deal with them.

Yeh i've just been taking a look at that. I'd like them to employ sales people that understand the sentence "no thank you i'm not interested".

People have said they provide a decent service... it is mainly the name that would possibly give me second thoughts... they knew people would confuse them with microsoft, it's just dirty marketing really.

They might and their tech staff might be very good but their sales staff are rude and annoying and i'm pretty sure lose them customers on a regular basis.

They always make think of a nightclub from where I am from. There is, or was, a world famous (apparently) nightclub. Very popular with the tourists etc.. Someone came along and built a nightclub on the same block, and called it "Main Entrance"!

I got 2 unsolicited emails off them 2 minutes apart back in Jan. Just decided to block them on exchange. As others have said it's the name that put me off. I think it probably sounded really good to whoever came up with it, but i'm sure it's put a LOT of people off.

I think that you should all chill out and leave the poor girl alone, she's only doing a job at the end of the day, It may annoy you guys but we have to buy equipment from some where, I found some of the offers to be competitive.

Also i don't think we were picking on one person, the point was that generally their are staff are rude and persistent they just will not take 'no' for an answer. Also they refuse to take me off their email list even though i have responded serveral times asking them to.

Yeah, we had to punch our Receptionist a few times to make her realise we didn't want these jokers putting through no matter how much their name sounds like M-i-c-r-o-s-o-f-t....

Oh, we can be hired out - hence the polo shirts - we provide IT support to local businesses and organisations in our area. Though we can't hit the receptionists in those businesses though....
