I am not a rogue sales person for Mikesoft, I thought that this was a site that people within IT could state their opions therefore I decdied to submit my thoughts to the topic...

I just think that if some one is given a job to do it isn't fair that people accuse them of being rude etc etc. It is as you say STRANGE I am from Staffordhshire and as are Mikesoft, However my school deals with them and have found them very professional. As you may see from the previous posts Miksoft have mixed comments and the conclusion to the thread was that they were a decent company to work with. we don't all have to deal with large companies or tier one suppliers to get good value for money and customer service.

I think that you should all chill out and leave the poor girl alone, she's only doing a job at the end of the day, It may annoy you guys but we have to buy equipment from some where, I found some of the offers to be competitive.
