Just tried to login to Lloyds this morning and it appears the old LloydsTSB url is now dead (they had forewarned me but forgot the date!). Does anyone know what the new one is as this one is not working either: http://www.lloydsbankinggroup.com/

I know they have changed over due to Lloyds having to split off the TSB side due to the EU ruling.

Anyway, if any of you are Lloyds customers could you please let me know the new address and check if it's working please?

I just posted the exact same question elsewhere here, this got more reaction so I will just hop on here as well...

I have nothing... Nada, zilch too.

It like they have all been beamed up by aliens along with all the money! Maybe that's the plan... they have all run off to South America with our savings.

Looks like its back now! Phew!

I was getting worried that they had run off with my £12.73

I have 2 accounts and a CC that have been transferred to tsb and a joint account that has stayed with Lloyds and now hate having to login to 2 different internet banking sites even though they both use the same details.

Apparently if you want to switch accounts you will get a brand new sort code etc... and only have access to current products on the market the only bonus is you won't have to go through a credit check.

My current account that was moved I've had since I was 16.

Yeah they've done my head in for the last time now, I will be switching accounts - to another bank!

Now, who's least likely to rob me blind in small print...

EDIT: well I have been told I've been moved to TSB (for both my current and joint account) but neither website accepts my login now! I'll try again later.

Natwest have an excellent on-line banking site and ipad app if anyone does fancy a change.

Agreed the Windows Phone app is ace for them really like it :) and I work down the road from them so if it all goes Pete Tong I'll just take a walk at lunch time and go shout at someone :D

Considering the problems that Natwest have had with their IT systems recently, that's the last place I'd put my money :)

Never had a problem myself. Their Ipad app is world class :)

I also love the way you can open a new account on the web banking site without needing to go into a bank.

@zag - they sound very good, don't suppose you know what they're like for managing joint current/savings accounts online do you? Lloyds TSB are rubbish at this - you have to apply in branch, which is fair enough for the initial account set up but not for every time you want to set up a new savings account!

HSBC's Fast Balance app is the best! Their customer service is ace. When some robbing scumba* stole £600 quid by buying a plane ticket in India they phoned me within 5 minutes. (I had to phone them back as I was working in the server room and had a server half hanging off). I got my money back within 7 days

Has anyone noticed in the midst of trying to login to online banking*, that whoever did the logo on the front page hasn't heard of antialiasing (and subsequently making the website look unprofessional?)

*Not me though as i'm with Nationwide.
