[android] Automatically reject private numbers?

What are you using to automatically reject phone calls that don't present caller-id? I'm apparently on some idiots robo-dialer and it's going off 3-4 times a day.

Can confirm CyanogenMod 10 has this setting on my Samsung S2. However it's not where the article lists:

 

Phone -> Menu Key -> Settings -> Blacklist

 

Enable Blacklist

Enable Private Numbers

This may not affect you, but would this not also block calls from certain hospitals/other public entities with badly set up switchboards?

I use root call blocker. Blocks the call at the radio level. Screen never even turns on, nor does the phone app even see the call.
