Heading to Byron tonight to try one of their Big B's which are apparently amazing. Wasn't bowled over by their standard burgers but this should be good.

 

Also go to Dirty Burger in Kentish Town quite often which is a great little shack at the back of a pizza place. And have tried Meat Liquor & Market. No others so far, but will definitely check out Five Guys soon

Find a Marstons pub, and grab yourself a Monster Rodeo Burger.

 

He should also point out that you may not be able to move for a few hours after one of those. I'm pretty sure they come with a govt health warning also, awesome!

Harsh, I'd say that title belongs to Gourmet Burger Kitchen. Byron arn't mindblowing but they at least know how to make a decent burger

The Night Owl between Bournemouth and Poole. It might look like a hole in the wall but trust me, mushroom double cheese is the best burger I've ever had. Just don't drink the coffee.....

I popped into Henry J Bean's at the Printworks yesterday and ordered a Chilli Burger, thinking it was just a slab of meat, spicy sauce, onion rings, and chips.

 

What I got...was a huge burger, with chilli, topped with spicy cheese, followed by onion rings, with chips.

 

Even the birth of my children won't compare to the joy it brought me. /sniff

If you are in Brighton for a visit most definitely go visit Brighton Burger. Hand made burgers with various fillings, a posh menu with things like Boar, Vension and buffalo and specials depending on what delicacies he can get his hands on. Currently it is Wasabi Buffalo. Lovely meal deal as well about the same if not cheaper than McDs

For London based burger joints, the rest I've mentioned floor them. Patty and Bun's bacon cheeseburger is wonderful.

Here in sunny Norfolk we have "Casey's" who do the "gutbuster" - 4x 12oz burgers in a bap with cheese and bacon...mmm..mmmm.mmm

The Flaming Grill pub chains do a "Flaming Challenge Burger" which is a MASSIVE burger for £10 if you're really really hungry. It's almost 'Man vs Food' challenge worthy...

Never been here but this looks like a heart stopper, if your heart is still functioning however why not try their krispy kremeburger?

I’ve not heard of either of these places so I had to look them up. One doesn’t have any location in my state, and the other only has them in the big cities and malls, which I avoid.

 

We get our burgers from the local restaurant supplier, they call them sirloin or chopped steak burgers.

I can't for the life of me remember where I had it, I'm sure it was just some big chain pub, but recently I had a rib eye burger - minced rib eye patties. That was incredibly tasty!

Also I've never been into this whole massive burger thing as per one of the recent photos; often they just seem to compromise quality for quantity.

Going to experiment in making some Schwarma meat kebabs, got a great little recipe to try.

Burgers are rubbish. Sausages are the best.

 

Street Kitchen, who make "gourmet" hot dogs, have just taken over the catering at The Miller near London Bridge. Seemingly very good hotdogs and, handily, where I'm doing the sound and lights for a comedy show next Saturday - hotdogs, beer and entertainment all in one place!

They look lovely, however we moved from a Gas to a coal one, don't know why but you seem to get a better taste from coal. Also sold the gas one for £300, and got the coal one for £20. Will be looking at making my own smoker as well as smoked venison burgers are just the best!
