IrritableTech Posted March 21, 2013 Posted March 21, 2013 We've used comms-express and fruity cables in the past. Fruity cables do as small as 25cm Cat5e cables for 29p+VAT which are handy when you set your cabinets out like this... patch switch patch patch switch patch etc.

synaesthesia Posted March 25, 2013 Posted March 25, 2013 Yes they are clearly marked on their site they are CCA cable. It would be down to the knowledge of the end user whether they use them or not. Quite a bit of cabling in our place is CCA and although we've yet to have a problem, it wasn't specified by us and we certainly wouldn't choose it + we've asked the people involved not to use it in future.
