best bet is to wait until you have either paid off the bank, or have more than enough for the garage, truck and the bank. That way your 3rd driver is nothing but profit.

well bank is 4k a day...i still have about 220 to pay off, and the two drivers i have now bring in about 5k a day on average so they are paying the bank in effect. once i can afford garage, truck and driver ill get them, as i can still do the very big jobs to boost cash if needed

55 is a rare treat, usually end up holding the accelerator on max shifting through gears to get out of 45. :p

Know that feeling. I normally try and get it to 55-60mph and stick on CC,

Who's using manual, Basic or Full Auto?

One thing I hope they are looking at doing is paying back faster, IE if you have the money available, you just pay it off. Would be nice. Wonder if someone can mod it!

yes. the fact i have just over 100k in the bank yet owe just over 200, it'd be nice to pay a large chunk off rather than wait each day for 4k to come out. it'd be much more flexible than daily payments or all of it only

Soon as you have the money accrued to pay it off, do so. Nothing worse than having the bank on your back for defaulting!

*edit* should add, I am now at 2 garages in every country (except luxembourg), 3 drivers in each (on average), pulling in £7k per job (£4 after their pay, fuel etc).

In theory I could do that now, the drivers pay for themselves, I could hire more drivers and buy more trucks if I wanted, but so far just doing short trips in Germany. Payout over time is oddly better than the longer journeys!

i think as and when i get the garage it'll definitely be in germany and i'll probably relocate myself there as i enjoy the german/austria runs. if i get a chance tonight i'll do a couple more bigger runs (30k) to get the cash past 200k then get the garage and move myself there.

then when it comes time to buy another truck i'll look at a better one for me, and my current one will go to the new driver. at the mo i have 3 entry level scania's, with mine having the engine/transmission upgraded a bit.

as i said, i have the scania entry level (the 80k one) for me and the two drivers. has done a good job so far. so might stick with them then.

also, how do you turn on/off the lights you can add to the bars? i thought they might have switched on with normal lights or is there another button to press?

I had the basic scania on my last save. I think this time i will own a Volvo.

don't get me wrong, it's been fairly steady for me. but i'd like to see other trucks and their engines, as this one does struggle a bit at times
