    Found with the longer cables you need to change the frequency of the refresh rate - ours were set to 60hz but dropping this to 30 and the screens work. I am sure if we paid for the more expensive longer cables we would not need to drop the refresh rate but it works for us.

    The paxton intergration has been fine, we had an issue with SIMS not syncing data but that was a SIMS issue. Everytime you phone entrysign they look at the issue there and then, can't fault them to be honest.

    hi our users are getting this too. Reported it to Paxton who said to reinstall the software which was done. It seemed to work for the day but then needed the admin logins again.

    We ditched Inventry due to the support being awful. We now use entrysign as that can integrate with the Paxton net 2 door system we have. Signin app doesn't have Paxton net 2 integration.

    I think it comes down to the outlay all at once for purchasing kit, with leasing you can spread those payments. But as others have said you never own it when leasing

    yes and no - they can disable student posting but this means students are unable to post their work

    hi, We block youtube for students across windows and chrome devices using, however they have discovered that when in google classroom they can post to the stream which enabled them to post a youtube video. Students go into Google Classroom, to one of their classes. On the Stream tab click on "Add YouTube video" and then just start searching for YouTube videos. Posts to the stream need to be on so they can upload work. Anyone know of a way to block these?

    We moved to EntrySign for those same reasons, plus support took forever to get back to you. EntrySign support are amazing plus they answer the phone. Looked at Sign in app but that didn't integrate with the Paxton Net 2 system we have.

    We have just switched from Inventry to Entry-Sign and all I can say is that the service and support have been excellent. Wish we had changed over sooner.

    Powering them off will not fix this as the controllers have battery backups. Best way we found was to shut / no shut the network port which will then reconnect with DHCP.

    hi we have had a few of the same issues - ours were Lenovo chromebooks. As they were still under warranty we returned them and according to the job report they changed the assemblies pcb motherboard.
