Have just tried this with no Joy.

Hi, Over the week holiday a few of our NET2 ACU's have gone down. Having a look through the forums I have found the solution of using NET2 Config utility to fix it however I have to wait for our server provider to get back to us to sort it this way. Has anyone had any experience of unplugging and plugging them back in, the Paxton boxes to solve this issue. Many thanks in advance.
