    no you can't out of the box. Either create rules for them on servers using new-inbox rule for all mailboxes, prefix subject using transport rule using DL. bit confusing but best option is let users manage tbeir own mailbox.

    not really ket on pst files they can get corrupted. So at a min, back them up. I would still would go for a journaling or archive solution.
