  3. JG2Springer, Once you have Web Help Desk started via the start menu links and you go to the following link http://localhost:8081 on the server itself what do you get? Do you see a java process running and if so what resources is it using? Regards Andy
  4. Hi I was just wondering, when you stopped and started Web Help Desk, did you do this via the services or via the start menu options assuming you are on a windows machine? When it starts in the CMD window it should say Web Help Desk is starting Port 8081 is available. If the cmd just flashes away then the port it being used by something else. Please let us know what you see. Regards Andy
  5. Hi JG2Springer, If you just stop and then start Web Help Desk again it should resolve this issue. We normally get that error if the services have not started properly. Regards Andy
  6. Hi Folks, We have recently upgraded to outlook 2007 but have found the following. Email 1 has an attachment which we right click on and select copy. We then close email 1 open email 2 an right click and select paste it does not paste the attachment we copied but believe the attachment is their. If we leave email 1 open and then past in email 2 it works fine but this is causing confusion. I believe this a security thing but is there a way to turn this off as it is really fustrating and causing us a few issues Thanks

  9. Hi Mike, As per the reply from dsm, what you can do is go to setup->Tickets->Status Types, Select the Resolved Status Type and then their is a check box option labelled "Count time" just remove the tick from this ticket box and save the status and that will stop tickets in the resolved time from being counted against the ticket closure times. Andy
