Hi, I reckon that the /s could be case sensitive. USSF suggets that its "xTool-Creative-Space-2.1.12-2024-08-28-11-19-25.exe" /S Tested that out and its fine. I grabbed the exe from here: XCS Software Download (xtool.com)

Hi, I have sucessfully used this add in - it wasn't from a Shared Mailbox. But I presume there is a setting that you can change so that this could work for you.

Turn on storage sense and set it to a suitable period. This is what dehydrates the files - ie removes the download and makes them cloud only

Add the applications to MDT. Then you can create a group bundle. You can add mandatory applications, these come 'pre-ticked' when you deploy.

Can you export the publication as a gif or pdf? I found that mail merges do not like OneDrive. Can you test from another location?

Turn on verbose messages - youll see what stage the slow down is happening. Are you sure the expected policies are being applied? Whats the resultant set of polices show?
