Seems ok with ie9 for me. Firefox and chrome FTW thay also has some brill web dev add-ons. wipe all your IE cache?

extract the msi, use Orca (or such) and edit? ProductCode = serial number without space ALLUSERS = 0/1/2? then run - msiexec /i "path to activeinspire.msi" /q ?
