I've sent an email to Impero, Going to see what can be done. Just for this time, we've just recorded the Impero playback window with Open Broadcaster Software. I'll keep the thread updated to see what they come back with

Just tried Format Factory, Doesn't like the Format

We've got some recordings of some students messing around on the computers, but we're unable to open the .irf format that Impero chucks out. Does anyone know a way of either converting them or playing them back? We're on version v5.3.32 EDIT: Found the playback feature, any way of converting it to a more usable format?

A few things to try out as I've been wrapping my head with WSUS for the past few days; If your clients are Windows 10 and you're using GPO to roll out settings, make sure add ".domain.local" to the end of the server name as I've noticed that Windows 10 is picky. If you use a proxy, have you got a proxy exception for the server? There are a few other things that I can think of if neither of these two see fit.

How could I forget about Proxy Exceptions.... That fixed the Error code issue, but still having the downloads sticking at 0%. Regarding the GPO, Yeah both boxes have been filled out with the "server.domain.local" as I've found that just having the server name in Windows 10 can be a bit picky

Hi everyone, I'm having a few issues with our WSUS server deploying updates out to Windows 10 LTSB. On some clients we're getting Error code 0x80244019. Which leads me down one rabbit hole, but then I have some clients that are seeing the updates but it's getting stuck at 0% which is sending me down another rabbit hole. I have attempted multiple things at this point to try and fix it, most of them I've kinda forgot since it's now day 3 of fixing it. We have a GPO in place that sets the alternate server to the local WSUS Server, and all updates are saved onto the C: Drive of the server. The server is a 2012 R2 hosted on a HyperV, fully up to date and the WSUS Version is 6.3.9600.18694. We still have the majority of Windows 7 clients on site and they're getting the updates fine. Any help would be a godsend Thanks

Before Posting on the forum, I went through all of them steps, plus did everything that we can do on the "An Unknown error has occurred" page at the top of the screen.

Hi, We have just got lightspeed for our iPads, and we're factory resetting all of them that come in so we can start from scratch. 3 of them have taken a nice dump and gone into recovery mode. Of course, we try and recover them using iTunes but we're getting error code 3603 when trying to get them back up and running. We've tried macOSX El Capitan (our macbook) and we've also tried Windows 10 x64 to reset them. All using the latest version of iTunes. Anyone able to help?
