I do walk 15 to 20 miles a day in them so they get a real hammering.

Last pair of Hugo Boss shoes at £149 a pair lasted me 18 months, just replaced them this month with another pair of them. Before that the Prada shoes at around £400 a pair were extremely comfortable and lasted me over 2 years. All worn more or less everyday.

We just decommissioned this year 4 servers we bought in 2006 and had been on 24/7. They were still working but we had things like a few power packs in the redundant PSUs go and quite a few disks start to fail in the RAID so we decided it was time to start replacing.

I know Panasonic do a Pro range of TVs which are designed to be used 24/7, places like Tesco use them . But i would expect in a normal house the TV would be on from around 4PM to around 10/11PM every weekday which is close to a school day in hours terms so i don't think you need the heavy duty versions of the TVs. We are moving over the next few years to normal large TVs as only a handful of departments use the IWB interactively so don't need interactive TVs , and those who do need interactivity have much preferred using an iPad Pro + Airplay so those departments like Maths will just get iPad Pros.

My issue with digital is not the now, its the future. I love nostalgic gaming, and i often play older games and get my original Xbox out or my Master System II. I can do this because the physical copies still work and the consoles don't need an internet connection to work. If i buy a game today can i still download it and play it from the Sony store onto my PS4 in 2036? Thats the bit that makes me still buy physical. Also the fact that if i don't like the game i can take it CEX and get some money for it.

Surely thats a good thing? Doesn't everybody want to look young? Personally i hate facial hair and won't date a guy with it. I just wish Gillette would do some mass advertising to try and get this beard trend gone. So many guys in there early 20s looking more like late 30s because of the facial hair.

Is that 12% off standard retail price? Because if you go to an Apple Education partner you normally get that kind of a discount anyway on a large order.

16GB is fine. My iPhone 6 has my entire music collection, photo collection and over 100 Apps on. Also all my documents with iCloud drive and OneDrive yet still has 1GB free and it's the 16GB version. Ever heard of the cloud? Apple also use a technology called 'App Thining' to further reduce required space. Some corporates also like to buy staff iPhones, if its just for email and a few apps on the go , 16GB makes sense too.

Yes very quick at DEP, i have also had my account manager come a few times a year and they can feedback to Apple school specific problems. These people will regularly meet with Apple at Apple HQ in London. Its your best route for support.

Just create a new A record on your internal DNS server to the IP of the web host but without anything in the name field, just fill the IP part in.
