Recently moved from 4yo Ricoh's over to Kyocera after a tender process via a framework. Kyocera came in with the best value tender, however after 8 months in use (and with quite low usage to be fair) I'm having to call engineers on a regular basis for all number of issues.

Gona be a silly question but are you in GMail when clicking the initial from the top right of the window? Also make sure it's the browser initial and not the Chrome User sync icon. If you use GAM you can just delegate accounts without the need for sending invitations.

As above I create a service account, for example [email protected] then just delegate via GAM GAM will become your best friend for your admin workflow

This practice has to stop. Suppliers now realise that schools and academies are having to be more vigilant with regards best value and look at options at every renewal rather than let thing roll over as may have happened in the past. This is just a way for them to look the school in. Depending on the service and schools process, they may need to be obtaining quotes etc another 90 days prior to the renewal date. Have found this practise with a number of support services. No communication apart from the renewal invoice after the the 90 notice. Usually with a price hike at the same time, just like and then it's basically tough, all you get is our terms blah blah.... IMO auto renewing contracts for schools should not be allowed and schools should make it part of their procurement policy that such vendors should not be used.

If you are worrying about them deleting files, first put it in the AUP that they they don't delete files that are shared with other staff members. You can always create a leavers users, then when you know the staff member is going to leave transfer ownership of their drive data to this user. They retain editor access but won't be able to delete.
