    But no sane person would be deliberately filtering for words 'FOI' or 'Freedom of Information' for deletion, that would just be idiotic. Only thing would be automation for malware *may* delete the e-mail if it believed there was a risk. Though this would usually require a url or attachment that the e-mail system found was potentially unsafe.

    Depending on the system, it could be impossible if it got auto deleted (say the filtering detected what it believed to be, right or wrong, a risky/malformed url in the body of the e-mail) or even the account it was sent to no longer existing (generally a lot of systems gave bounce backs to the original sender now, but not all... then again I don't know if they would auto bounce back to a noreply@ address...). Even in the physical world there are problems with mail service failing to deliver something.

    I've been asked to look into an automated visitor entry system for the Primary School. They want a system that visitors, staff and pupils can use to sign in and out, that will interface with SIMS to update attendance registers and print photographic ID stickers for visitors. Anyone got any ideas or recommendations? The school have also asked about a tablet that can keep an up to date cached copy of the emergency contact information from SIMS in the event of an evacuation. So, any ideas or recommendations on this one would be useful too. Cheers.

    I would point out that the halfpenny did survive to decimalisation for over 10 years. Obviously during that time it was 200 to the £.

    Well I can run a Windows 10 physical machine with a HyperV Windows 10 VM that has Direct Access on, so I would have thought you could have a physical MacOS machine with a virual Windows 10 with Direct Access.

    One thing I will say about this is that you're most likely looking at up to 5 years of updates if you're lucky. Backups would also be interesting, as I understand it Apple are not following either the old EU Safeharbour agreement, nor the US-EU PrivacyShield agreement.

    Actually... that is very likely as well... initially I did install the English version and not English International. Though, when it came to 1703, I did something sneaky and downloaded the English International ISO and ran setup over top of English. That might have been why it started to work...

    I hate to say it... but the problem seemed to go away by itself for me. Though this maybe because our filtering system has changed to user based and less filtering policies are effecting staff.

    Thank you @newpersn and @Fazza for demonstrating the same results, after I linked this thread, they found the issue was DNS at their end. You should find help.exa.net.uk should resolve to 82.219.3.162, and be accessable over the quantum proxy.

    @Fazza The way to tell is if https://help.exa.net.uk appeared as the second picture... then the page isn't loading correctly, if you have sign in details or not. On a note about the helpdesk system, I got my sign in details on the 27/09/2016 from Exa with a subject of 'Your new helpdesk account'. I personally find it very useful.
