I personally haven't used this yet, but it seems a few people here are using Mosyle (https://mosyle.com/) now.

To be honest, most of us just do a robocopy of files and folders as robocopy will compare the source and destination locations and see if they match, if they don't it will copy or delete applicable data (if using the /MIR command).

I'm just going to ask the obvious question... assuming you just use MDT and not SCCM... did you regenerate the Windows PE WIM files and updated them on WDS?

You can, upgrade via SCCM, MDT and DVD, but we've mostly done it from fresh... mostly because in one school it used CompuSec total disk encryption on the laptops, and that doesn't work with Windows 10 so we also moved to Bitlocker. Also in the other school we have 32-Bit versions of Windows and wanted to installed 64, which required a fresh install. Also a fresh build is more likely to have less issues during the installation process as there is nothing to conflict.
