    Just had to renew ours at the Primary, went with XMA and there is a section on the form that states 'If renewal from another reseller, provide previous enrolment number', so should be able to. When we purchased via Stone they used to change the company they ordered the licenses from as well.

    Since it's a non-domain laptop, it may be that simple file sharing is on, or no file sharing, which would mean the it wouldn't be able to install. That's why I stated in my example 'if the computer has been set to allow RDP or File Sharing'.

    This would be your best option. If you can't get any video output, and if the computer has been set to allow RDP or File Sharing, you could try and get the data that way. If a password has been set for bitlocker and not just TPM, turn it on and wait a little while, then type the password for it to boot into Windows. Good luck.

    Actually, no, I cut my knee last night in the dark. I have to echo @Boredguy here. Online hosted picture linking are a way of registering if you have loaded an e-mail, which you certainly don't want to do with spam bots or phishing schemes.

    My understanding is there is serious concern about the close ties Huawei has with the Chinese Government though. Not just that they are a manufacture in China, which I agree, would be very hard to get away from.
