Hi, anybody know the rough prices for SIMS teacher App for a secondary, we've already got SIMS, how much is it to add it
-
You got a link or info per chance?
-
When it fails, if you download the log, it's pretty insightful for why it fails, it's just worth just checking as it gives you a line by line account
-
I think it just needs to false no dash from memory, could be wrong.

Thanks guys, from general findings, salamander seems to be the market leader, wonde good, I can't get hold of salamander bizzarely to get a quote or chat/demo
-
I've managed to work this out now, is there anyway to order ones for schools that say ready, as they're only primary so very unlikely to have year groups off as much secondarys, can I still just order this? I'm a bit confused with it, any help would be great
-
I've had this passed on to me, I've asked the school's for details, one come back with 100-120, surely that seems far too high, it's only four year groups.

Can someone clarify a point for me and I'm happy to hold my hands up if wrong I enter an office wearing a mask the whole way there, when I get there, I take my mask off to talk to someone behind a desk at least 2 feet away and the other person is 4 feet away? Is that fine, I've got so lost in the rules, I'm doubting myself -
LGFL Adobe Creative Cloud Licenses (what's what?)...
keyboards replied to Koldov's topic in Cloud Services
We were gutted they are user not device licenses, made them pretty much useless for us I deployed it via SCCM, more via luck, as I genuinely don't how I done it. -
It's better than it was a few years ago, where it was basically a beta product.

Google classroom block pupils seeing teachers email
keyboards replied to 5nowman's topic in Cloud Services
Don't think there is, only way you could do it, is giving the teacher a generic account ie [email protected] [email protected] so they don't actually use their real one -

I'd go chromebooks, don't understand this, how much work can you really do on an Ipad? -
If new to it, get teachers to do their own classroom then if working well look further down the line to GAM, or sync software etc
-
I'd go chromebooks all the way, so easy to manage, enroll, everything just a breeze

Parent's Evening Software? What're you using that works well?
keyboards replied to pete's topic in How do you do....it?
We used Google Meet last night, run perfectly, great free solution -
We've had a request from a PE teacher to run SIMS on a mobile device ie an android tablet, Ipad, Chrome tablet, what way are schools doing this, this is local SIMS Also they've bought SIMS activities but seem to have no clue how to use it, has anyone used this on a mobile device too
-
Seems bizzare to want to be in every google classroom, they've got too much time on there hands! We keep looking at sync software, either probably go Salamander or Wonde, Wonde seems very good value for the price

Coronavirus: General discussion (see opening post for rules)
keyboards replied to Dos_Box's topic in General Chat
A member of SLT came in yesterday after a call of the exam board, said it almost seems a case of when not if for another lockdown or lockdown of sorts. -
We did millions of guides for the most basic of user - Everyone this looks great 12 months later, why are we getting sent guides we want a human - This is for stuff that you could literally Google quicker than sending us an email and wasting time and resources
