It's their actual customer service and the fact their 'unlimited' package we used to be on, suffered badly from traffic management if you downloaded something daft like more than 4GB in peak times, may have changed since, but I'm comfortable with Sky at the minute, never had an issue

That's true, is that for genuine lamps too? I know NEC genuine ones have come down a shed load lately as they're mostly what we install and I've had some bitter experience with third party lamps aha. From the perspective of a managed service though, the panels provide a lot less headache in the long run, but if you're located on site, as you said, it's not as big of an issue as it gives you a lot more time.

We've had a lot of schools move over and as stated, 65" boards can be had for £1800. Easier to fit (or cheaper if you don't fit, so factor that in), better resolutions, longer life span, maintenance free (no more replacing bulbs, cleaning filters, lost remotes), work great when it's sunny outside. They look a lot neater and nicer too as there's less wires and equipment.

Sounds like there will be no massive need for Apple Configurator too now!

Something like Meraki where you can push Apps out through the cloud. At the minute, if you only have Meraki set up and no Apple configurator, youcan push the App out, but not silently, it prompts for a password, whereas I assume now, it'll all be able to be done silently!

I was at a School for a year with 4 RM servers and replaced 4 HDDs, they were only 2.5 years old. Baffled me as to why the drives were 2.5" in 3.5" bays too, I'm just pleased they no longer sell hardware, it was all terrible.

In my experience, local independents give the best service and good prices and they do this so you'll spread the word and come back. That and they seem to actually enjoy their job and helping you.

All my friends are bored of it now. Doesn't affect iOS7 too, which I'm on as I've not enough storage to update, so when my mates sat there giggling away whilst I was on my phone, I carried on, sent it straight back and it shut them up!

To be fair, iPads aren't as hell like as people make out, if you set them up right. The best system to manage iPads is to buy a Mac Mini, do the base setup through that, then pair the Mini up with Meraki creating on overall powerful tool. With them both combined, you can trace down iPads, erase them, restrict them, update them and silently roll out and credit where it's due, being Apple, it is fairly easy to set up, you could go in blind and work it out in a short time!

What car have you got now? If you've moving bits literally about a site, either keep running what you have now or buy a cheap half decent car. Depending on what you carry, I wouldn't want to damage a new car. That being said , as much as I despise them, Corsas seem very cheap, like £99 a month.

That ride has really gotten itself a bad rep now. It's like a year or so old and has made the headlines due to its ongoing technically glitches many times now.
