  1. Just moved from PMP to PaperCut.. was a good move. Much easier to work with, and seems a lot better way to do it.
  2. How many PC's? XP has a limit on connections...
  3. Just getting the same here now.. www . planet49 . co . uk/cgi-bin/wingame.pl?source_pk=2677&partner_pk=262&wingame_pk=47
  4. I have - but as I said, there are no specific instructions for installation in a XenDesktop environment, so I can't get past that yet.
  5. Has anybody installed LanSchool in a Citrix XenDesktop environment? I'm looking at room control software - we are running Wyse Zenith terminals here, and use XenDesktop to provide the OS to 6 IT Suites. The installation instructions don't specifically mention Xen, and I'm not sure which method might work.. I'm hoping that the software will read the endpoint name, rather than the VM's computer name, and have been advised that it can do this (it's all rather pointless otherwise as, obviously, any given VM could be in any IT Suite).. Anybody any experience with this?
  6. Awesome drive by JB - from right at the back after all those incidents. Anybody else think that Seb was a little ungracious in the post-race interview though? He really hates not coming 1st doesn't he?
  7. I have velcro trainers.. yep - I'm THAT lazy..
  8. If you still need testers, I'm happy to help out..
  9. Just over 400 at the moment, as we migrated all the students to Live@EDU prior to upgrading to Exchange 2010.
  10. CPU - Dual Core Xeon 2.83Ghz RAM - 12Gb This is virtualised, so is a bit of an approximation.
  11. It's there on my Samsung Galaxy S2...
  12. Go to Wi-Fi settings, press the menu button, and hit "Advanced" nevermind - beaten to it..
  13. I have an HD7 - not impressed. Clunky interface, random reboots and lockups (only fixed by pulling battery). Better since last update, but still happen. Notification alert sounds are glitchy. This is the one supplied by work (but picked by me - bad move, and will be replaced ASAP) Also have a personal Samsung Galaxy S2. Best phone i've ever had, and I've had iPhones for 3 years prior to the SG2.
  14. Room Booking - roombookingsystem.co.uk Asset Management - Excel Spreadsheet Help Desk - Sharepoint Active Directory Adding Users (Bulk) - looking at Dovestones, was Ranger Account Manager but no longer use Ranger after last summers upgrades Print Management - PaperCut NG Software Deployment - Nothing (we are fully VDI, so single install on master image) Image deployment - see above
  15. Me (NM) - ANM - tech & Mac tech
  16. Lock the bios, and set boot order to not include the CD drive or USB?
  17. I'm with this one..
  18. This was fixed a while ago.. it was mostly caused by exiting the race weekend without completing all the stages. I've played through a whole season with no issues since it was patched. Just make sure you're all up to date and it will be fine.
  19. Have a look at Treesize? I use it here. The Pro version is pretty good - not sure if the free version has as many features. JAM Software - Product Overview There is a 30 day trial of pro though to see if it does what you need.
  20. Yes - we have a system installed here that does ALL that you are looking for called Oscar. It's hosted in house, but can be hosted by them as well I believe... Savoy Systems Ltd - Box Office Software Solutions Speak to Patrick Hort, and mention us!
  21. Prize for the oldest thread resurrection so far?
  22. Looking at your diagram, surely this is just a network saturation problem? Two switches with 12Gb each, connecting to your core with only a single 1Gb uplink each? What's your stats like on those connections?
  23. Citrix here.
  24. We use a Splicecom system here, with a mixture of desktop handsets and softphones on laptops etc. Main advantage to me at least, is that every network port can be used for a phone, and as we have wireless everywhere, the softphones on laptops are very handy.
  25. Similar problems here. both with the beta and the RC. Was terribly slow - I installed Chrome to check, and that ran absolutely fine - IE9 took ages to load pages, especially from first start up. I've gone back to IE8 for the moment, and all is running fine again.
