Hi , it’s been hectic here I’ve had to cover teaching staff off from with Covid And I’m not a teacher... from what I can remember is when you wipe the device you are prompted with a task, in there it gives you the option to supervise the device and configure some setting like enabling location services etc . After the iPad is in a prepared state and supervised if you look at A2 it will show, I then apply the blueprint that contains the apps that I need and profiles that I created before hand. The blueprint will contain the MDM also so I can push out to the ipads on demand and take off. Hope this helps

I’ve found myself here in the same situation like you before explaining that Your 'Up shit creek without a paddle if the internet gets cut from outside and you don’t have a 2nd line coming in and if you do its very expensive to get one. We have gone nearly completely server less here moving Sims to Broadcom and have Admin staff using just only Chromebook’s, and binning all Windows devices. The staff are using Cloud completely here and they hate it….

Hi if you are on a LGFL network ( London) the head of the school would need to sign a form to allow access to websites which LGfL has assessed as potentially 'High Risk' and would ordinarily not allow. Anyway i had to change my DNS settings and put in forward in, as atcotes mentioned there is no settings in the RMMC for youtube. hope this helps.

Atomwide accounts after leaving

Hi From my understand your USO can have a alias attached so it this can be moved from one local authority to the next or from the same authority , it’s a bit like a teacher working in Haringey goes to Brent only the .318 part of the uso changes when the user starts, if they want old emails kept you match them up when they start. -

[New] G Suite Administrator Certification
smoothwall replied to jamesleonard's topic in Cloud Services
Does anyone know when registration opens up again ? I've managed a few G suite domains now and moved over my current school over to be come a Google school so this would be ideal time to get this over and done with. Its a shame the certification only last a few years.. -
