I know some secondary schools provide IT support to their feeder schools.
Do the feeder schools have a fault reporting system as such? Does anyone know if there is a system that can be hosted on the internet at all?
No access for fb here, but a lot use their phones anyway.
Funny story, that on weds during the strikes half the teachers that were in had all gone to the pub at 1pm. The staff on strike were not happy at all, and found out via facebook!
We have a shared folder on our 2003 server, which is mapped when users log in.
Is there a way to change the view to details of this folder/drive in group policy?
Some members of staff are in but aren't teaching so they don't lose a days pay!! They are offering a 'baby sitting' service to yr's 7 and 8.
Just gets funnier and funnier!
I've had a colleague come in today asking about their live account. Basically their email account is sending out links via email to their contacts. Would this be a virus/malware? I've heard of this sort of thing but never come accross it before.
When staff and students type in any letter it comes up with a send/don't send error report and then shuts down the internet browser. We are on XP Pro SP2 with IE7. I've tried a fresh install of IE7 aswell, but that doesn't seem to work either.
Any idea's why this would happen? Only happens intermittently but on differnet PC's in the school.
