I know some secondary schools provide IT support to their feeder schools. Do the feeder schools have a fault reporting system as such? Does anyone know if there is a system that can be hosted on the internet at all?

I've had a colleague come in today asking about their live account. Basically their email account is sending out links via email to their contacts. Would this be a virus/malware? I've heard of this sort of thing but never come accross it before.

Ideally yes I would roll out IE8 but it creates more work for me because of our county hosted SIMS.

If it is a java script issue seems a bit strange that its so random? Once kicked out the internet will be ok.

When staff and students type in any letter it comes up with a send/don't send error report and then shuts down the internet browser. We are on XP Pro SP2 with IE7. I've tried a fresh install of IE7 aswell, but that doesn't seem to work either. Any idea's why this would happen? Only happens intermittently but on differnet PC's in the school.
