  1. Dine in for £10 at Marks and Spencer. Job done.
  2. Wedding a week tomorrow. Hate public speaking let alone singing. Got the ushers to join me in a rendition of:
  3. Who can argue with hershey's cookies and cream?! You fools.
  4. Definitely beta, it says for me to cycle down the A419. For those who don't know, the A419 is a dual carriage way which can link the M4 to the M5 at Gloucester. It's busy and definitely not safe for cyclists!
  5. As anyone used a company that buys back unused OEM toner? It's all HP OEM.
  6. Any way of not having tabs?
  7. I remember a few years ago, was 29 at the time, the wife and I were doing our weekly shop - quite literally a shop full. We had three bottles of wine. Both of us were asked for ID. Only I had it. She nearly refused to put it through - we were allowed this once! It's about common sense surely?! Firstly, would I be with someone who was younger than 18? My wife doesn't look under 18. And we are doing our weekly shop!! Hardly going to sit in a park.
  8. Good car. Get it mapped! Oh, and check out Briskoda.net Brilliant website for skoda owners.
  9. I'm off on a stag do tonight, the UK version, but tonights game will be 'How many of Irish Car Bomb recipe can the stag drink?'

    Upgrade

But the head is reluctant to sign the PO as our XP network is stable and works. He doesn't see the need, but we need to keep with the times I tell him...In an ideal world I would have had the PO signed off weeks, if not months, ago. Maybe I'm biting off more than I can chew!

    Upgrade

I'm planning a windows 7 upgrade and Office 2010 on our 500 PC's on my own over the summer, including upgrading our PDC to 2008r2. Any tips/suggestions?
  12. Games don't tend to work in my experience. Just about drinking. The only thing I'd recommend is a kitty. So much easier.
  13. If that is in this country, I will be surprised if the 'robber' doesn't press charges against the shop owner. Stupid country we live in.
  14. Well there's no-one in the passenger seat...
  15. Someone mentioned to me that there is a learning based game for Office 2010. Is this true and any experiences? Good for staff and students to use?
  16. Companies don't tend to quote til they know it is recoverable. They will charge for looking at it initially then get back to you with a recovery price, if it isn't recoverable then they will send the drive back.

    Better than ITV's shambles though.

The panaroma programme was blown out of proportion. I've bet on Italy to win it, and have Germany each way. England will get to the semi's.

    Losing time

That's a short term fix. Do you think it could be a dodgy network switch port? Going to try a different one anyway. No one else has issues on that switch. The same PC had profile issues where the profile wasn't being pushed down correctly. I have changed the PC. gave it a good image. There's definitely a network issue somewhere I'm thinking.

    Losing time

I have an XP pc that loses sync with the server to get it's time. Would this be the CMOS battery? Once restarted the PC picks up the correct time, but obviously the member of staff doesn't want to restart on a regular basis!
  21. Same issue here. Must be a fault their end.
  22. And whats ironic is the junior wash is only $2.95!
  23. Will.I.Am
  24. It's photo's like this that infuriate me. Yes let people who have helped the community carry the torch, but non british celebrities shouldn't be allowed. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v490/jamiethon/will.jpg
