Was wondering if anyone would be willing to share a step by step guide of how they pull the relevant individuals information, specifically relating to Google Workspace. I have the information from vault but am finding printing all the data out a very time consuming process. I'm sure there must be a simpler way than going through each email thread individually and printing it. Someone save my sanity please.

OK first set of results are in from a surname search and it has returned nearly 2K So my next question is what would be the best way to get these results printed out without having to go into each individual one ? I see I can export them as PST or MBOX files - but what then. What process do others use in this situation ?

We have had a SAR for a pupil and I've been tasked with getting the information from Google vault. My question is what should my search parameters include ? First name only, last name only, first and last names combined, initials ? Obliviously the more specific I am the less we will have to sift though when redacting information but does this mean some relevant information will be missed. Any advice welcomed

We had this yesterday apparently. I was offsite so didn't witness it. The pile of Chromebooks on my desk are testament to it. However it appears to be working now on all the effected devices. Now just got to roam around returning them.

Got a bizarre issue with my Twitter this morning. None of the images or Media are being displayed on my feed. I've cleared the cache but still no joy and my Google fu is failing me. Anyone got any ideas how I can fix this ?

I've been asked to look into an alternative system to replace our bells as the sound is upsetting our more autistic pupils. Does anyone have any suggestions, we are looking for something less intrusive. I'm not looking to do this in house I'd like to get someone in

Currently rolling chromebooks out to the pupils and I'm wondering how people are marking / identifying individuals devices. If I label them with stickers they will get picked off? If I etch them will I void the warranty ? Would permanent marker work ? So how do you lot do it ?

I'm having issues with TeamViewer over the last 40 minutes wont connect - Error reason unknow. What a useless error message. Maybe they are experiencing issues.

They asked us to wait for 15 minutes - while we wait they came around and booked us in for Jab number 2

We are a SEN Secondary and the council have given all our staff the option of getting the jab also. Had mine at the weekend, all very organised and no queuing, in and out in 20 minutes, 15 of that was the wait after in case of any reactions.

I'm also waiting to hear back after filling in the contact form over the free three month offer so I'm guessing it a demand issue. Don't worry @TJ7 I'm sure they like you

Has anyone been able to order since they increased our allocation back to original levels. I had an email to say they had put our allocation back up but nothing to say I could order, when I then go on the DFE site it tells me I cannot order any. Frustrating !!
