You can disable Balloon Tips for the year 1's and that should stop the message popping up. This can be done through GPMC -
It could be, i would say if they were just for the Year1 students you could just uninstall the papercut client and it wouldnt appear. I suppose buying more seats for Papercut isnt a solution?

Just a quick note, when you say you are going to be "touching" data, what are you planning to do? I wouldnt be experimenting with live data to just get used to SIMS

Can you get a solid ping between the server and the clients for a consistent amount of time? Are you sure the switches arent dropping packets every now and then?

Are you sure you want to use the XL as your core switch? I have recently just decommissioned my old 5304XL because it is so old. Im sure its really hard to obtain genuine original modules now aswell hence another reason why we decommed it! I would be looking at HP's 540x range! We bought a 5406zl and it has been amazing. -
Have you tried pushing the update out again by finding the laptop > Right Click > Update system packages? If this doesnt work, rebuild.

I am pretty sure that you require the CISCO Meraki hardware aswell. I know the AP's that they offer can be used as distributors for Meraki Profiles. I may be wrong though! To the best of my knowledge you cant do this with the Meraki System Manager.

Hey, We have been using 4Matrix since the previous exam season! When you say processing data, do you mean pulling it out of SIMS?
