HI, We currently manage about 20+ ipads in our organisation and they range from personal ipads to shared student ipads. We have a mac mini server with apple configurator to supervise and automatically enroll into our MDM. (Meraki Systems Manager) Our school is based in margate, PM me for more details and i will point you in the direction of our charging trolley

I feel your pain, when we were going about implementing VPP into our system we had troubles because we wanted to get codes for apps we had already bought but i couldnt find out how to do soo. I called the enterprise support team who then passed me onto the apple in education team who then told me to fill out a form and then i had to wait 3-5 days for them just to turn round and say that what i wanted to do wasnt possible.... Im all for these blasted apple devices but apple really need to step up their game.

Cisco's Meraki Systems Manager is a great all round MDM with alot features and options to add restrictions and manage your iphones, ipads, android devices and windows devices. it is all free and can be deployed really really easily! (Download one small app or add in the meraki profile using configurator) We use this for all of our iPads, loan laptops and corporate mobile phones One More Thing... ITS FREE

Surely this is just one mailbox with PA having full access permissions granted on it? Are they doing it on a computer or mobile device?

I have been trying all day to get 7.1 but unfortunately i think the software deployment servers are abit overloaded. I have done some quick googling and they arent boasting any MDM improvements with 7.1 maybe this will be a later update

If you go to the link below it will take you to the login page for the Program Manager Management Tool, from here you will be able to add VPP Facilitators: http://edu-vpp.apple.com/asvpp_manager/ To add "Facilitators or Admins" you need to make sure your Apple ID has two step verification attached to it. We have had this happen to one of our iPads, immediately thinking the button had gone. i did some research online and found this solution to re-calibrating the button: Calibrate the home button 1. Open a stock iOS app, such as Contacts 2. Press & hold the sleep/wake button at the top of your device until the red slider control appears. 3. Immediately release the sleep/wake button and press & hold the home button. Hold until the red slider disappears. Let me know if this helps you
