    It sounds obvious, but check the RAM? We use Surface 2 Pro and it works fine.

    Hi Joanne, As long as you are not restricted to Windows 7 due to certain programs, I'd personally use Windows 8.1. With 8.2 around the corner now would be a good time to get used to the whole Windows 8 interface. It's always good to keep updated

    Hi all, We recently started to manage our iPads and they are now on one iCloud account. Photo stream has been enabled and people are taking pictures they should not be. However, we can not trace the picture to the offender. Is there a way to do so? Regards,

    It mite not actually be disconnecting. Sometimes Windows 7 displays it as Disconnected (Red X) but it actually connects if double click the shared drive. I have this problem with SIMS where the S drive shows as disconencted and SIMS 'cant connect to S: drive'. To fix this, I open the S: drive, close it, and viola. To fix this, I wrote this (42514c89ce17c0cc9756c10e04e71036.png) in GPO. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System is what goes off the screen.     Running some tasks in SIMS maybe trigger your AV to deny SIMS access to the RAM, resulting in an Out of memory error. Temporary disable your AV and runt he same tasks. Also, it mite be wise to monitor your RAM usage using task manager.

    When teachers go home, they change the Windows proxy settings to allow them access to the internet. It seems Outlook 2010 isn't detecting the change in Windows proxy settings and is still trying to get out through the proxy. This results in them having to use login.microsoftonline to access their emails. They can access there email via Outlook when in school and using the proxy. Anyone know how to resolve this issue? - Wonderburg

    Even when you restart Outlook the problem remains.
