Hi all, I am having a problem trying to setup SSO . I have followed the Youtube video and i still cant get it to work. its just not logging in and just showing the login page. Hi, I am trying to create a simple php form to put on my website as a login straight from the front page to Home access plus. Here's the code i am trying to use. </pre><form action="https://portal.st-augustines.worcs.sch.uk/HAP/login.aspx" method="post" name="form" id="form"> </form><b The problem i have is that it isnt logging me into HAP its just showing me the login page. Where have i gone wrong? I am using Wordpress for my website if that helps at all ? Thanks!

Hi, I am starting to use HAP and i need to update all of our students active directory accounts so they have the UPN in the Employee ID Field. Has anyone else had to do this before and have any good scripts or software to use? Thanks in advanced !

Yes it can, we use it daily. http://www.spiceworks.com/free-active-directory-management-software/ You find the people under inventory , select the user. Your then given options to reset. the password disable/enable account .

Have you looked into spicworks ? We use it for an it portal and does loads !

Hi Nick, I am a bit confused. On the sims export do i change it to Monday1:2:3 for example. As the period needs to be somewhere?

Yeah, I can't work out why HAP is converting MON2 to day 2 instead of day 6 as it's the second Monday in the two week timetable

Managed to get the booking system working kind of, I am having an issue with the import of the sims.net data. Sims is exporting the data like this: AR1 Mrs R M L Evans Art AMon:3 Year 09 I think format of the is the issue as hap is then importing the booking like this: This may have been covered before but cant seem to find a fix or work around ? Hi , I want to a create a calendar with exchange 2013 that i can share with a group and them not have to accept the calendar. i would like it to just appear. Can anyone point me in the right direction? do i need anything additional to exchange ? Thanks in advanced .

I'm logged on as a domain admin with a student upn in my employee I'd field for testing purposes. I have clicked covert Sims.net export We are running exchange 2013 Not yet but could be something to look into Thanks Nick

Just Debugged the Invalid URL Error with Firebug and this is the error "NetworkError: 400 An WCF Error has Occured - https://OURSCHOOLURL/HAP/api/Timetable/Load/16-6-2014/20-6-2014?1403206606031" Does this help at all ?

Hi nick, Still cannot get this timetable to work. its giving me the "invalid Url " Error I have ran the timetable report and put it into \inetpub\wwwroot\HAP\App_Data\timetableexport.xml I have made sure the UPN Number is in the Employee ID Field and still no joy. Thanks !

Thanks for the reply Nick ! I havnt enable ews or any of the smtp settings. I have set the UPN in the employeeID. And it just doesn't load anything on the time table ? Thanks Nick !

Hi Nick/ Everyone, I have just installed HAP and love it. I only seem to be having 2 issues with it at the moment. The first issue is the timetable. I have exported the data using the report into the correct location for hap. I then made sure the student had a UPN Number in their employee ID ADDS account and clicked the convert Sims.net Export Button. Nothing seemed to happen but i carried on loggin in as the student. Tried to view the timetable and get a little red message "Invalid URL, The host name could not be phased" how can i fix this and get the timetable to work? My second Problem is the booking system Gives me an error on import that it cannot find the teacher. I have made sure the ADDS display name is the same as sims and still no luck! Thanks for the Reply ! I alright have a group setup with everyone in it, My question is how do i share it with them without them having to accept the sharing of the calendar? I want the calendar to "just Appear" to them. Thanks for your help so far much appreciated

Thanks For that ! I have created a shared mailbox but do you know of anyway where i can set the calender to be shared with everyone in an OU or a Mailbox database so i dont have to share it with new users all the time. Thanks

Hi All, We have just deployed exchange 2013 within our school and i would like to create a school calendar for staff and share it with everyone automatically. Is there a way that i could setup a calendar to automatically share with anyone placed in a certain Mailbox Database? How would i go about created a school calendar and sharing it anyway. Thanks All !
