Same here, how funny, we do audits monthly now and Alert and Filter stops working magically at some points for no reason in some devices, always the answer is remove and reinstall, we just noticed that Alert doesn't work properly with Azure AD join devices either, they know it. Also Alert does not work for staff users, only students, which some schools want this. The amount of work we have to do, checks and remove and reinstall is just taking a toll on us. It is too much.

Same here, their support is the worse I have seen, and they don't have a real way to check if the software is working properly and communicating with their servers like smoothwall has. I don't think the company has enough resources to deal with all the issues they have and you mainly get ignored.

Is there anything we can do? I think telling customers to sign for a 3 year deal with only a few months left is not a very good practice and something we should raise with regulators? It looks to me like unfair business practices to be honest.

Do any of you using both get many issues where users share in Gdrive to a user of 365 and sharing is all over the place? and other sharing issues between platforms?

I am guessing you would need to use 2 FQDN to handle the MX records and some email going to gmail and others to 365?

Yep, that is exactly what I think. The only solution would be 2 domains and then create a good training programme and make sure that staff using 365 do not start sharing across solutions. Having two system is not ideal but the fact that MS office features are most of them missing out of Gsheets and Gdocs are frustrating for most google users that are used to office.

Hi, I wonder if any of you have a double system of Google apps and Office 365 setup. We are a google apps school with Gmail, Gdrive etc but now they want to to also have Office 365 for some staff. I would like to get different advice where it has worked and it has not and the problems this could cause. Any suggestions will be welcome, I am researching on this and how it would work, thanks.

There must be a way to setup the PRF file but Atomwide would not help either. The settings are simple but when you try them, they dont work. I guess it is something to do with our school using aliases like [email protected] as the primary address and then having to authenticate using the [email protected] The only way it works is when we do it manually and run the autoconfiguration. If someone has the correct way to do it, please share.

I have tried to configure outlook 2007 and 2010 with a PRF file and LGFLmail and it is taking the settings, but LGFL settings are correct. Even when you do the auto-discover (by configuring it manually) and connects and creates the settings... if you copy those into a prf and all the settings are the same, it will not work. I think it might be something to do with LGFLmail and the way the aliases work. LGFL support is really bad, they pointed us to their standard support page and that is it. It would be good if someone has done this on a network with a prf and it works fine. Thanks,

Hi, I wonder if someone has setup prf profile in outlook for the lgflmail. We have just installed windows 7 on our network and prf profiles in outlook dont work. It will only take the configurations by doing to setup manually and then using the autoconfiguration.xml We have tried server mail13.lgflmail.org, mail1.lgflmail.org and they dont seem to take these settings unless it is manually. When we import the prf all the setting are exactly the same as when you do them manually but it doesnt work. We have tried everything. How do you have it configure at your sites? Thank you in advance,
