I get Tupe'd over to Civica next year. Following meetings with the local Council & Civica I am surprised they bother calling the process Tupe at all. We are merging with another school and the Council have signed up for just 1 ICT Technician. Your situation may be totally different tho. There are currently 2 NMs & 2 Techs between the 2 schools. I don't want to go into too much detail on an open forum but if you want to pm me feel free

The guy who has a stand at our local town market selling all sorts of foam and padding quoted £60 to supply 2 pieces of good quality foam cut to size for 2 sofa cushions. I don't know what extra work is involved with your setup eg unstitching & restitching the cushions etc but the upper quote of £650 seems excessive.

Wow, I thought IRC died ages ago. I remember Dalnet, Starnet, EFnet etc etc from the mid 90's and even setting up an IRC quiz bot on an internal network for a bit of fun. Thousands of channels catering for a wide range of tastes.

Good points-instead of being bossy, wouldn't assertive with a sprinkling of humour thrown in be a better way. No-ones gonna smile naturally if they're getting bossed to death.

The Digital Economy Act 2010 (c. 24) is an Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom regulating digital media. It received Royal Assent on 8 April 2010, and came into force on 8 June 2010 (with the exception of certain sections that came into force on 8 April; and certain other sections that will be brought into force by statutory instrument).[1] From Wikipedia According to Wikipedia this Law is now in force - If Wikipedia is correct, my question would be, what can we do?
