An 18.5" Widescreen monitor is about as wide as a kids shoulders when using the keyboard and mouse (thus the minimum limit of their movement potential and desktop footprint); sounds very cramped. You're talking £66-80 for a 17" square monitor compared to £50-60 for a 19" widescreen monitor, so the additional cost is going to be a minimum of £16+VAT per seat in the suite for 2" less of viewing pleasure. Cramming kids in like sardines sounds like the problem here and not whether monitor should be square or widescreen. How about one of the SLT swaps their monster office for your ICT suite, the kids get more space, you save money on monitors, everyone wins? If you can play with 444mm (372mm for 17" square) or so plus a couple of cm gap between screens then you'll easily fit 19" widescreens in.

4:3 (squares) are always more expensive than an equivalent widescreen too, so I say; Pay less, get more with widescreen. Ta, Col

Downright inconvenient. When I check the battery usage the main culprit appears to be "exchange services".

Mate, Lollipop has ruined my gorgeous Nexus 4. Battery will drain in 10 hours even if you don't touch it now. Heaven forbid you're using it as you'll be lucky to get 3-4 hours. Absolutely hate the aggregation of my work email into Gmail; the app is good for nothing now. It all looks cleaner and is now working quickly, but I want to chuck it straight at a wall with this battery life. Because I like my 8 hours of beauty kip, I have no option but to charge it through the night now or else it will drain. I cannot get used to how internet pages in chrome are now put into your task switcher either. All in all I feel this software update has ruined a perfectly good phone, so I'll be rolling it back. Forget silent mode, I cannot find an option for that and the flaming thing started vibrating away in a meeting.
