I think you have to pay for it even if you are a school. Using command reported for export only is free.

They don't. The value comes if you need support in developing the interface. If you want to write back you have to use business objects and so have to pay for the partnership and accreditation.

I think it is really useful to have a summary as you have done each Census, with a full blown analysis put in each year (spreadsheet). It is good to have the spacing equal, and the Autumn census is the one where most change happens due to a September migration, so I won't be changing the spreadsheet (yet). It's good to keep on top of the number, with a caveat that a sudden rise on one 4 month period does not necessitate a trend... well except with two suppliers we know are down the pan

However... this means that they have machines that are ancient or when they buy new machines they are deliberately putting XP on there... and given the length of time since XP was essentially no longer on sale surely just about every PC has been changed since XP stopped being available... Regardless, has no one in government stopped and thought... wait ignore I said that, I already know the answer!!! :/
