Does anyone know if smart notebook will work on a terminal server or has got it to work?

This is how I fix it: It turns out that the cause for the problem is two important Windows security updates: KB 2621440 KB 2667402 These updates were part of MS012-20, and were downloaded to the servers sometime in the second half of March 2012, if their settings were configured so. Now, we need to reinstall the updates, but we need to do so in this particular order. First, install KB 2667402: Then reboot the server. Next, we install KB 2621440: Then reboot the server again.

It's a heads up that if it worked thorough install manager this is what is created so you can check if either if the two conditions exist

Two things you need to lookout for: 1). Within the team content folder you need to have a imsmanifest.xml file. 2). There needs to be in windows registry, an entry that points to the imsmanifest file.

Best way is to remove permissions for on user, re-add the permissions, test the user account. You will find resetting permissions within sums fixes most issues.

If all else fails use a PXE driver.

We rolled back to 9.5 and as been as stable as any of the previous builds. Instead of using a provisioning WLAN, on each WLAN enable captive portal against you AD and select ZeroIT, this way you don't need a provisioning network. If you have made the WLAN SSIDs obvious then people will know which one applies to them. Choose names that include, staff, pupils, guest etc.... I'm not sure how this will work if also have specified an encryption type, at a guess it will prompt of the key, before anything else, but then it may ask you to auth after. I haven't test this theory out yet but perhaps someone can confirm what I'm saying...

I contacted support about the very same issue, I can only get it to work with osX. They said that you have to turn your wifi off then on again but with iOS and android you need to forget the provision network and then it will auto connect to the network from the profile you installed.

I'm glad we chose firefly over frog. Been flawless for us and I've been able to integrate our old intranet ASP pages with there single sign on API. We had a quick go of frogOS on iPad in April/may and it was pants, just didn't work as expected, slow as well.

Just quick question, is the AP on port 3 tagged or untagged? Our ruckus APs sit on a main untagged VLAN and all the SSIDs sit on different tagged VLANs. With netgear make sure the ports PVID is set to the same vlan you wish the untagged traffic of the AP to go down. Each vlan interface has to have some sort of dhcp helper or address setup. On HP switches you set the dhcp IP helper command. With netgears should should be able to kill several birds with one statement: bootpdhcprelay serverip {ip address of dhcp server} Example: bootpdhcprelay serverip 192.168.18.1

We have two fully loaded 5406zl's with 2920-24 at the edge, cost us about £25k... What we have found is that our wifi network has become 1st priority over 400 Desktops. Our 95 APs are connected to all 2920 switches and the desktops are uplinked via an older HP switch to the 2920's....

All sorted now, typical vlans not tagged correctly

I've now sorted it...... I didn't TAG the main vlan for ruckus on the core switch, I had left it UNTAGGED. I forgot it should have been setup as an uplink.

A little strange but why does one set of APs connect to ZD but the others don't....

Has anyone else experienced there controller randomly rebooting like ours? It's new out the box, tried 9.4 and 9.6 firmware

Biggest problem s you need an Internet connection to stream it. As it streams over the cloud, thus removing the strain on battery life. But at £25 I would defo buy one
