Yes, if you can’t install the HEIC support from Microsoft Store then you either have to convert them using free software or an online website like https://www.apowersoft.com/heic-to-jpg Or set the Apple device to store images as jpg for future photos. Step 1: Open the Settings app on your iPhone. Scroll down and tap on Camera. Then, tap Formats from the list of Camera settings. Step 2: Under Camera Capture, tap Most Compatible Another alternative is to create a new folder in the Files app, select them images in the photos app and select copy and put them in the folder you created in the files app and iOS will auto convert them to jpg.

Long winded approach would be to re-install windows. Don’t use any deployment image just install from USB, that way you know where the problem lies.

Hi All, Got a weird issue where last night I replaced our soon to be expired wildcard very with a new one across all our RD servers, either in Server Manager or in administrative tools. Have to replace in loads of places!! I can remote in fine using an RDP file from the RDWeb interface but if I do it in-browser I get an oops we can’t connect you error. The cert in the image is the new cert Any help would be grate my appreciated [emoji1303]

It’s a fire sale, they know they will start to lose customers based on their lack of SaaS like other MIS’s out there. They are looking to sell while they hold a large market share and there is money to be made to plough into other capita businesses. Ultimately the product is far too big and some elements far old for them to commit the money and resources to bring it fully SaaS web based. Will be interested to see who makes the purchase!

Well, all this CoronaVirus stuff has delayed the use of the best ever release on EWP for most schools, so its giving me a chance to build version 4, got some time to do so. Given that most people are now stuck at home, if you get chance to read this and wish to add any new features for dicussion I will add to a wish list. True, most disconnect not log off

I must admit that I doubt 75 users will login at the same time, as a lot of staff will use external services like our VLE or Google Classroom or web email. I would say 20-30 at any one time is more real world.

I would normally go with 500mb RAM per user, they would be loading SIMS and the odd office doc... ideally I would like 1GB per user but the server is only running 24GB total, Server CPU 8 cores.

How many users should a standard RDS cope with, given an 8core cpu and 24gb ram? Just trying to work out whether 75 staff can use one RDS[emoji2957]

Does anyone have a guide that they can share that staff use for ‘year on year’ stuff related to Google Classroom?

We use Firefly and to be honest development has slowed down over the years allowing GClassroom to overtake it.

Can tasks and or resources be reshared with new classes? As this is what would be required for year 10/11 and 12/13. Year 7,8 and 9 are not important.

We have looked into importing classes from SIMS to google classroom but the biggest drawback long term is that from what I can see is at the end of a school year, the sync will not move each class up a year, therefore hiding/removing/archiving all the work done that year. Kerboodle has a similar issue where you have to manually archive all year 13 students, delete year 13 group, then rename and increment all the remaining year groups and finally adding a new year group 7. If Google did have a way to move classes up a year, then for me, we would ditch our current VLE for Google Classroom. £15,000 versus Free, let me think......

Yes, the software is a full with no limitations. I’ve tried to remove the welcome screen but without diving into debugging the EXE which is frowned upon, it’s not in the obvious places... It’s obviously there as some sort of up sell type of thing but confuses the hell out of staff..
