Hi All, Just to give you a heads up that we seems to be having an issue where a new device just upgraded to 20H2 or build 2009 (October update) of Windows 10 fails to install any discoverable printers via the mobility client for windows. I can confirm that it works OK on 2004 (May 2020) update. If anyone else is in a position to check this for me also it would be much appreciated. I have an open ticket with PaperCut on this, so I can inform them of other people having the same issue also. Thanks in advance..

Hi folks, Some reason I've note been getting notifications via the mobile app, so have missed what's going on. It seems that when my firewall updates and reboots, it screws up the reverse proxy for by webserver at home. I will get it back up and running later today, thanks.

On the back of version 4.1 do any of you require anything specific or any tweaks you would like to see? I need to keep this development ticking along nicely until mock exam weeks in Dec/Jan/Feb for most schools. Thanks in advance!!

Quick Update: coming in version 4.1 Page Size selection Button (A4, US Letter, Legal) sizes to start with. As always you can disable the button to stop people from changing the page size. Export to DOCX button - Using an additional free limited use (500 paragraphs, 25 tables) productivity library to allow make this happen. If you do not wish to use the feature then delete the 3 Spire DLLs in the Assemblies folder and the export button with be disabled/invisible.

Ok leave it with me as I bet my firewall has rebooted and the web server service has to manually turned off the on again to get it working. Bloody Sophos UTM!!

We also came across issues where some notebook files would not convert because they had embedded files in them that were not compatible with PowerPoint. So watch out for this also

We have this issue with smart notebook 11.4 Notebook is looking for office 2010 vba and we have installed office 2016 so the only option was to install smart notebook 17.1 VBA comes as a feature within your office installation and is not a separate product.

Never come across this before on any build but you should be able to upgrade to 17.1 using the existing serial key, so worth an upgrade if you get no joy from other users on here.
