Another one for yall /fog/management/index.php?node=tasks&type=host&direction=up&noconfirm=2 Anyone get a blank page with Task Management at the top with nothing else there? Im trying to capture a image with the panel but i get that? Or am i doing it wrong again?

Just a quick one @Bertie_Dellend , Iv installed FOG i can get onto the control panel etc. Iv installed it on a client machine and put in the IP etc.. But its not coming up on the FOG panel that the PC is there?

Iim making my own FOG server today in a VM. Fingers crossed it all goes well.. PS, Have you tried kicking the machine to see if that works?

I may start using FOG for my home... I'm a bit of a "format monkey" as my friend calls me.. Format once a month. This could save me some time. Plus i do a lot of family fixes which also could help. How much ram do you give FOG?

Try Htop. I like use that. I think its more in depth. As for ram. Linux likes to steal the ram for its self then let it go when other programs need it. I take it you are using Cpanel? Remember Cpanel needs around 1-2gb of ram to run smoothly. Forums and wordpress sites eat ram aswell.

I totally agree, In all honestly i haven't had any big problems with them. A little of down time here and there but that's about it. Its normally when some little s**ts have broken into the box etc. I'm on the 100mb package and i normally get around 103Mb. Pings of around 15-25ms depending on the time of day.

We had a huge problem at work with the HP7700 not running at 1gbps on XP. Spend 2 days updating drivers, firmware etc. Ended up putting them on 7 *Sigh*

When i worked at a uni we had Viglen's and Dell all in ones. I'm not sure on the price since i didn't deal with that bit but as for easy of use and setup they were both great machines. There was a problem with the power supply's. Known fualt on them failing in the first year. Viglen replaced them without any problems. Even sent someone out to do it. Rick

Is the motherboard able to use that much in one Disk? Its best to check teh website to see if it recognizes such a big drive. If it does, Try updating the firmware This is a stab in the dark but its the only thing i can think of. Rick

In all honesty Chris, All i want to do it be able to manange my 3 AP's from one location. I was hoping there was some software i could run on my home server to do this. If not it looks like i have to do it the hard way.

I have had my SSD for just over a year now (my old one) and its bust.. As far as i know it still works but the only problem is the plastic L shapped clips has snapped off both the power and the Sata. The pins are fine. The sata cables don't stay in place hence why it doesn't work. Does this come under the warranty or is it an easy fix? Hi guys! i have 3 routers in my house acting as access points. Wireless doesnt like my house. Is there a way to control my access points from my home server? Passwords etc? I was thinking about installing dd-wrt on them but not 100% sure its possible? Any advance would be great.
