Hi All, We have a network HP Designjet 111 Roll. EVERY PC on our network can print to it apart for one who gets: 20140602075656.pdf Its missing huge parts. HP Support is as clueless as me. Drivers up to date.. I'm running out of ideas. Network layout - PC -> Server -> Plotter Thanks in advance. Rick

Thanks Sukh, that's what we already have installed on the server. Just trying to work out how to block it if its been delivered like explained.

Good afternoon all.. We have been receiving 100's of emails to most of our users with their own email address. No attachments.. No Links just an email at the bottom. Any idea how to block these? We have tried to block the IP but it seems they are using more then one server to do this. Also i was thinking about blocking with the subject but they vary. Any ideas would be great. Also. What do they achieve with this? GTX

Thanks for the reply. I'm mainly a build it and install it kinda tech. I use to work at a Uni as first line support but sadly my contract ended. Now I'm doing IT in a whole for a mid sized local company. Id love to get back into IT tech in a school or college but my quals are letting me down. I dont want to focus on Networking but i think it will get my foot in the door for a educational job.

Hi Boys and Girls.. I'm looking into doing a CCNA course but will it actually help me in future employment? I know its a well known qualification but i don't want to be wasting money on a course that wont help me later in life. Anyone got any experiences or even advise me on a better course for the same price? Iv found a place in my local area that are doing it for £900 on evenings till July. Any advice would be great.

On the Bio's try disabling the Splash screen. This "should" give you a full BIOS report on booting. May show you where it gets stuck. Also have you tried resetting the BIOS to factory?

Ah Sorry, Forgot the mention that. Basically the bottom 3 touch buttons stop working then the touch screen seems to only work when it wants to. So if i go to text someone it takes me 5 mins to text "see you at home" Then once the text is send i cant get off it due to the back touch button not working. Have to restart the phone. (Texting someone is an example)

Hi guys. 3 months into my contract with Virgin mobile my phone broke. I was a little pissed but hey, It happens. It got sent off and a new one come back 4 days later saying my old phone can not be fixed. Now.. I have the new phone and its happened again.. exact same problem... I told them i don't want the same phone as its not fit for purpose. Its obouvly a fault with that model of phone. They are sadly having none of it Where do i stand with them? Tell them I'm leaving the contact due to this and hope they offer me another model or live with it? Rick

Hi Guys, The MD has asked me to take a look at a system to monitor who is at their desk for phone calls etc. As we are on 2 floors it would save the admin ringing around to find if they are in the building or not. Also for health and safety reasons. I'm leaning towards a fob system on both our entrances so we can see who is in and out of the building but is there a better way? We need all the staff to be able to check who is in and out and the user to be able to automatically set them self's in or out. Iv been told that phone systems can do it but sadly our system doesn't support this. Rick

Hi Guys. I had a kernel panic on my cPanel VM 3 times in the last 24 hours. Personally i have never had a kernel panic so im unsure what part of the error is the bit to look out for. Here is an image: Anyone got an idea why? I did google it and something about disks. I have 2 500gb WD drives mirrored. Surely this couldn't be the problem? Regards GTX
