ProPlus is just the ability to download Office onto devices, and to use it on iPads etc. If the A1 has renewed OK then they will not loose access to OneDrive or any files. To renew ProPlus you need to activate it from the Microsoft Volume license site

Yes you can use the same domain. All you need to do is prove you own the domain. As you have pointed out that Email will be disabled then there is no problem really

We are constantly maxing out a 100meg leased line due to our demands on sharepoint.com. A new 300meg line is on its way but for now I need a way I can limit the download from sharepoint.com to atleast 75meg. We are SWGfL at the moment with a Lightspeed rocket. Lightspeed say they cannot do it so I was wondering if there is a simple free tool we can install that would sit between network and internet so we could control the bandwidth of such sites?

If he installer sees the drives I wouldn’t worry about installing the RAID driver. It’s probably the driver causing the confusion.

Got it! Had to change the sync to delete accounts not found in LDAP. They full sync and turn it back to suspend. Look like they are working now

Support suggested deleting a user and force the AD sync again. This time I get an different error on the account. Is it possible to purge the deleted user completely so Google have no record of it?

Our Google Apps setup has suspended all users and now when Pupils sign in they are asked to provide a mobile number where a code can be sent. This has happened to all our 100 users. The only account that can sign in is the Super Admin I am talking to support but currently they don't seem to be able to help. Anyone had this before?

I’ve got them working again but not sure what I did in the end. However how my students have the wrong Access Level permission. Unsure what has gone wrong here but I need to change about 200 users. I can’t see a bulk way of doing it? Then I thought I would just change the access level but I cannot seem to be able to change one - only create new?

I presume resetting the ACU doesn’t lose any config as when connected back to the server it just pulls it down again. As long as the doors are not deleted from the console at any time

They show in the Config Utility and it can ping them. In the console they show as not responding and have red crosses.

I have moved Net2 Pro from one server to another. Prior to moving I upgrade the client from v4 to latest v5. However no somethings do not work as before. Firstly we can not open doors from the Open Door button with Net2. It registers the event but does not open door. Secondly, no token swipes are registered so when we do reports it shows no one as in. However all entry cards continue to work. Anyone know what might need to happen to get these things working again?
