It does tell you that it only syncs if GCDS creates the groups. Was just hoping there was a way around it as already setup all my groups. I’m using groups for shared drive permissions too so a pain to recreate

Its the raw netsweeper logs. That helps adding allows when something is being blocked. No issues with The Hub so far

Yeah it adds staff fine. Just never removes. Even if GCDS has added the group member during a sync. Yeah I wondered where it stored the information. If we moved GCDS to another server. I guess that would need migrating or all groups would be one way sync again. Wasn't sure if there was a flag within the google group that was set. I've looked with GAM and can't find anything though. Group within a group isn't a bad idea to begin with though.

Finally getting around to syncing groups with GCDS. All great. But a limitation is if you have created a manual group in Google. It won't remove users that are in the group but not in your AD. Anyone know of a way to make GCDS think it created the Google groups. How does GCDS store that it created the group. Can't recreate all groups as they are already in use on different things. Anyone any ideas?

Does anybody get any notifications any more for work being done or things like logs being down. Nothing showing down in the status portal in the hub

It’s more the clever live side of things. If it’s anything sensitive it will be kept on the cleverlive platform. But for our standard signage slides is fine. It’s just the issue of cleverlive not listening to the play on loop and timing of slides that’s the issue. If anyone has tried the combination of the 2 using a clevertouch screen (we have M series screens)

Anyone use Clevertouch screens and Cleverlive with Google slides. Works well to be fair, free signage for our site wide clevertouch screens. But have an issue with our Signage Google slides. It seems to ignore the publish to web options of loop and time to display the slide. start=true&loop=true&delayms=5000 Anyone else using Google Slides /CleverLive / Clevertouch screens?

Anyone seen Instant on with 2.5Gbe ports. Find it strange they offer 2.5gbe AP but not the switch to run them

Ours keys are OTP tokens so that is used to add the phone. Then the phone becomes the default 2FA once added (Which I'd like to change but not possible)

Ours aren't security keys. OTP tokens. Basically google authenticator. Couldn't use keys as we are using GCPW (we set these up for new staff also) So if they have Gmail on their phones it's always the default though which doesn't look like it can be changed.

Have looked myself but can't find anything. We are using Fetian OTP devices for staff. But can't see anyway of changing the default device to not use mobiles.

Question about the Education plus licenses (or standard). How do you find the security tools? Email security and sharing reports. Is it enough compared with a 3rd party email security tool (Acronis or sophos)

Deployed the latest 22 version recently to be used on clevertouch boards (also Lynx). Touch features no longer work. Had to roll back to version 21. These are both the basic version
