Not so much can you do it more why would you want to - RM !!

We've just rolled out chrome books and chose Dell 11 - they are going well and staff and children love them for speed of access to internet etc. We rolled out a lot of on line software at the same time. A strong reason for the was the quality of the dell chromebook build esp the power connector which had been a major problem with other brands which we had had on trial. We purchased via a local company Ge-tech (Ipswich) due to good price and quality customer support.

Slightly different issue but I have emails from edugeek which I access in my phone - until about 2 weeks ago these had working hyper links that took me to the post ....... Links don't work anymore

i work at same size primary (650 children 60 staff) 30 hrs 42 wpy - I manage sims, cashless catering, electronic communication to parents, iPads & chrome books, online registration for online software for children and atm don't gave anywhere near enough time to learn all the new stuff and support all the older devices plus staff training and a bit of teaching. Just my view

Have been instructed to refer to LEA procurement before ordering iPads/chrome books which have been quoted already by 3 companies ...... anyway we have had iPads for 2 years and need 60 more - procurement staff trying to give advice on management of iPads ..... 'Have you thought of contacting apple' .......... Me 'really - I would never have thought of that' !!!!!!!!!

I love summer - early starts, less interruptions, a chance to catch up a little and prepare (ever hopeful) ..... do you think asking for pay as well is to much currently paid 42 wpy - 16 days during hol/over my 830-430 hours already worked 4 days plus numerous add hours ......., Don't work then I hear you cry ..... but then unprepared I will launch myself into the next academic year ......

3 form entry primary with nursery - 650 pupils - 50 staff - offsite tech for difficult tech (4hrs per week) me 30 hrs per week 42 weeks per year .... Computers, phones, laminators, mobile contracts, budget management, purchasing research & decisions, cashless catering set up, managing sims, electronic communication with parents, website and anything else that needs doing

Hi - we use meraki - annoying as hell we trialled it with our 24 iPads but didn't realise that we now cannot move the £900 of apps over to apple configurator without repurchasing !! So I am talking to meraki atm to see if we can streamline / understand why the management console/mdm on iPads and what is actually downloaded don't all appear the same and why apps download fine on 15 iPads in a group but not on the last one ..... concerned that configurator seems to be problematic as well was hoping for a solution !! Meraki was chosen because was hoping to use it for androids/chrome books and iPads ...... hoping

Hi - I use silicon alley to - they normally match on price when I chk every 6 months, but for me speed of delivery / customer service and being able to only pay once I've used the toner are key

Help pls ...... following a meeting last week with new Headteacher I find that it might be wise to get some training which would prove I can do what I've been doing for last 5 yrs in case I need to move employment ..... I have no formal qualifications - all learnt whilst fixing things any advice gratefully received - general role atm involves a windows network 5 x server 2008 r2, exchange, google domain, website management, iPads, plus day to day 'emergencies' in a primary school 650 pupils 50+ staff .......

We have had same one today plus HM customs claiming overpayment if tax ..... similarly have emailed staff just hope they read this one !!

Hi - we use it and the librarian finds it very slow - looking at testing it just with internet feed (off network) and on other machines to isolate problem .... tbh thought it was just us !!
