Hi We have had a users machine get infected with the crypto 2.0 ransom trojan. Does anybody know if I disconnect the machine from the network that was infected will this stop all the network shares (some that have got encrypted) from spreading, does it need that pc to be able to keep this infecting others servers/shares? Hi We need to upgrade our library server os from server 2003 to 2012 including biostore. I had a quote for £1900 to transfer sql and move biostore and oliver to a new server. This seems very expensive and just seeing if anybody has moved biostore and oliver to a new server and what is involved. Thanks

Did you make sure all Prerequisites are installed Please make sure the following pieces of software are installed before installing AUP Informant. Server Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 - a foundation for building modern applica- tions. Windows Server 2003 or Windows Server 2008 or Windows XP (SP2, SP3) Client Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 - a foundation for building modern appli- cations. Included with Windows Vista or later. Hi I have setup office365 dirsync and if I change the users password it will sync and lets them log into the office 365 with the ad account. The problem I have is that the existing password doesn't work only if I change the AD account it will work? has anybody had any issues with this? Thanks

Hi I am just looking into office 365 and how we can monitor students email for safeguarding. The only options I think we have is 1. blocked words 2. limit what domain they can send to and from Is this correct or do other use any other methods? The other thing I have been looking into is the backup, If I understand correctly we can only keep the deleted items for up to 30 day and hen it will get deleted. What do others do in case they need previous emails? Thanks
