Yes we've got a 'crop' of staff off on maternity and have had to buy in spares as they deemed it wrong to ask for them back. You just have to accept that you will need spares of everything, especially chargers and batteries. for those with docking stations then those as well.

Think this hits the nail on the head. I worked at a school where the BM and HT had a rolling improvement plan, decorating, windows replaced, fixing roofs etc.. It had a sister school that didn't. Remember visiting and being aghast at the state of the windows and number of leaks that happened.

Hi, we had a SMOOTHWALL policy that allowed staff access to YouTube but it got deleted. We re created it but now get this message on SOME but NOT all video's. Anyone shed some light on what we may have not added?

Train them away from the old file share and get them to embrace SharePoint and its search facilities and place all video's on a single sharepoint site and train them to create play lists etc.. Yes i know the old File Explorer is what they are used to but cloud computing has moved away from centralization.

Hi, fairly straight forward but is it possible to do the following: Migrate to Sharepoint Site BUT change the folder structure that the migration created. So as it stands it migrates data to Sharepoint Site -> Document Library -> Stream Migrated -> Recordings I can use the Migration Destination to select separate folders such as Geography, Science, Music etc.. BUT I don't want the Stream Migrated -> Recordings part, I'd like the videos at the root of the subject folder. Can this be done?
