So, I've reinstalled the app and I still seem to have the issue. If I have more than one notification it takes me to behind the red door.

I had this issue with one of my monitors from Amazon. Speak to customer services and get some money back. I may have milked them £20 for a kettle cable. Give it ago, see what you can milk them for. Edit: Happy Time travelling!
